I find the choice of ATK and DEF you have are a little strange. The norm for ATK/DEF is usually multiples of 50, only 3 exceptions (I think) exist.
For OCG fixes:
While face-up on the field, this card is also DARK-Attribute. Once per turn: You can discard 2 cards from your hand; Special Summon 1 "Pein" monster or "Rinnegan Beast" monster from your Deck for each monster your opponent controls.
Another good card. The wording was a little strange... but not too off, it was understandable. Like I said before, I'm not good with balancing. Maybe increasing the discard rate, but maybe not, because if your opponent has one monster more discards are too much, if he has 4 monsters, 2 or 3 is ok... forget increasing it. Maybe add a Life Point cost... I don't know really. Idk why but I feel the effect can be exploited.
