During each of your Standby Phases, increase your Life Points by half of the ATK of the monster equipped to this card.

I would try to get pictures (esp. for Monster Cards) that focuses specifically on the character, and be able to see the character more clearly. This picture would work for a trap, since traps usually incorporate many characters at the same time.
For OCG fixes:
While face-up on the field, this card is also DARK-Attribute. This card is unaffected by card effects. Once per Duel, if this card is targeted for an attack while you control 2 or more other "Pein" monsters, you can equip the attacking monster to this card. During each of your Standby Phases, increase your Life Points by half of the ATK of the monster equipped to this card.
Not alot of fixing. Pretty good card, and I like how you incorporated the Chakra Absorption in the effect. I'm not good at balancing, so I can't comment on it being OP or UP.... but if I would be anything, I would probably limit the Level or ATK of the monster going to be equipped, just so you know. You don't take Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon and gain 2500 LP each turn. Thats a little OP... Other than that, pretty good
